| The inlingua® method is trainee-focused and aims at developing well-structured oral skills first |
by choosing familiar contexts for efficient acquisition of reflexes, |
by taking into account trainees' needs, objectives and interests, |
by prioritising contents according to rate of progress, |
by constantly keeping trainees' talking time to 80%. |

| "The 3 P's" of a training session |
| Each session plan is organised in three balanced phases: Presentation, Practice and Production, also known as "the 3 P's": |
1: presentation of lexical and structural items selected to be the backbone of the session, |
2: practice aiming at creating reflexes for fluent expression and spontaneous reactions, |
3: production activities in a targeted context for active knowledge in real-life situations. |
